If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 2600 platform. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Uniqueness

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 2600 platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. 2600 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access.

Password & Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 2600 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 2600 support team immediately.

2600 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, unless such losses are directly caused by 2600's own negligence. Users are advised to log out of their accounts after each session, especially when using shared devices.

Prohibited User Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the 2600 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any automation tools to interact with the platform without written authorisation from 2600.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, market manipulation, or exploitation of bugs/system errors for unauthorised gain.
  • Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, obscene, or that infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of the 2600 platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, and legal proceedings where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 2600 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before initiating any deposit.

2600 supports a range of approved local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policies displayed in the "Wallet" section of your account. These limits may change from time to time and users will be notified in advance.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been registered and verified under the same account holder's name. 2600 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected or if additional identity verification is required. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the financial service provider involved.

Any taxes, banking service fees, or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are solely the user's responsibility. 2600 does not bear any third-party costs incurred during the transaction process.
